She loves me?

“She loves me not”,
Said the last flower petal –
That I subconsciously tore through
In her sweet memory.

“She loves me so”,
Said the old Indian song –
That I tend to hear every day these days
In her sweet memory.

“She loves me not”,
Say my very close friends.
They tell me that I’m hallucinating;
But what do they know?

“She loves me so”,
Tell her ever-glaring dark eyes.
With every glimpse they tell me so;
But what do they know?

“She loves me not”,
Say her lips when they speak.
With every word carefully chosen.
As if people were judging.

“She loves me so”,
Says her actions towards me.
With every secret she shares with me.
As if people were judging.

“She loves me not”,
Says my analytical brain,
As it gathers events of the past;
It knows I can’t have her.

“She loves me so”,
Says my stupid little heart,
As it pumps emotions soluble blood
It knows…
